What is Silk Road Strategies?
Silk Road Strategies is a backtesting platform that lets you test trading strategies on historical market data. You can run strategies like Pairs Trading, MACD, Portfolio Rebalancing, and Resistance Breakout, then view performance metrics and charts.
How do I get started?
Sign up for a free account to access the dashboard. From there you can choose a strategy, set parameters (e.g., tickers, dates, thresholds), and run backtests. Results include metrics and interactive charts.
What is the difference between the Free and Pro plans?
The Free plan includes the backtesting interface, guides, 2 strategy slots, 1 year of historical data, and limited AI analytics. Pro adds unlimited strategy slots, full historical data, multi-asset support, customizable trade settings, and advanced analytics.
Is my data secure?
We take security seriously. Account and payment details are handled with industry-standard practices. Payment processing is done through Stripe. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Do you provide investment or trading advice?
No. Silk Road Strategies is for backtesting and analysis only. We do not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. Past performance and backtest results do not guarantee future results. You are responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account or via the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then.
